Meet Dr. Hlavacek

"Dr Hlavacek obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri – Columbia in 1995. Dr. Hlavacek graduated with honors from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Dentistry in 1999 and then the School of Medicine in 2003. During this time period he also obtained residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and General Surgery from UMKC and Truman Medical Center which he completed in 2005. Following this, he obtained his board certification and served as Assistant Professor at UMKC/TMC for two years. Finally, he completed a fellowship in General Cosmetic Surgery at the nationally renowned Tulsa Surgical Arts in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This resulted in a second board certification in general cosmetic surgery."
